- Blue story- so it can be linked ot the active audience theory, and how people can see and watch watch the film for excapism as an escape from reality, and wont act upon what they see. But there is backlash because people dont think its fair for the film to be banned nationwide when incidents only happened in Birmgingham and London. Despite most of the audience not acting up and are aware of not to idealise and join gangs.
- it was banned because it encouraged people to get invloved with gangs as well as, police's concern to the public with frozen 2 being screened at the same time.100 thugs armed with machetes and knives crashed it openening. Because of the gang violence in the movie.

- this is going against the norms of social meida with big stars showing their perfect bodies. but this link talks about how there is a trend that shows these big influencers and their imperfections. making the veiwers feel more confident in themsleves.
- this can be linked to the passive audience since people are beliveing what they are seeing online, they see people talking about how imperfections are now acceptiable and people now belive them and are taking their psoitivity to heart.

- talks about the movie Sabrina and talk about how some poeple think that the series ending then promotes people committing suicide.
- but the tv show is then backed up by an active audience since people have been tweeting about how they disagree with the ending and can then think for themselves and arent negatively effcted by the seriews ending, and can watch it for escapism and feel no need to at upon what the series is then showing.

- talking about an 18 year old who robbed and stabbed a taxi driver, through the curiosity of knowing it was as easy to kill someone, like in the game GTA.
- with multiple arguements showing how passive audiences are effected by their games and the violnce shown daily then messes with their normal brain functions, making them feel that they can then copy the acts that they then see and act upon it (becoming a copycat based off of the games they play)
- on the otherhand, with an active audience people will play agmes as escapism and use it as an escape of daily life and play games for the fun of it and a rest of their daily lives. being apart of the active audience then means that they can play games and see violent acts without gaining tghe curiosity of doing it themsleves and not having the need to copy the violent crimes that they see, e.g. prostitution, gang violence and stealing from GTA.
